Scientists are testing the theory of multiple universes. They believe this is residual effect of the big bang, a type of heat radiation. The idea was first published in 2007.
Our universe is in a bubble, amongst other bubbles. The big bang could have been a collision that resulted from an explosion from two universes. Universes might collide frequently, which leave bruises, the same as on a pear.
This suggests that we live in a vast multiverse. Other universes continue to be made. With every individual decision that we make, a new and unique universe begins.
