There are both positive and negative at the same time in a team. It simply has to with whether or not the voices are all heard. If they are not heard what good is the team, if it doesn’t agree all the time in a timely manner?
The voice is an extremely primitive attribute within the human psyche. That being said it is extremely crucial that all voices be heard at all times. If not the other primitive attributes come into play. The degradation of the voice is more consequential than anything else. This is many time worse than it sounds, because life above all is a priceless gift. The speed that degradation occurs can be slowed by the body most of the times, however not all ways. It may become so dependent on other aspects of the body as well as the mind that the really cause could be difficult to discover.
Persistence can help as well as destroy the progress that is brought according to the primary mission which is possibly lost already. Finding this mission is easier than you can believe. The best way is to sleep or relax, since you cannot take a nap at every place you are in. so you have to distract your mind by doing what you think will ease the tension that you have built up.
All missions no matter how simple no matter within self-defined parameters need to be accomplished. You therefore have to think everything you do through; which may possibly and probably take more time. No matter how long it takes you have to think all you can, or do other relaxing things, to take your mind temporally away from the situation.
